Memory Stick Micro media is approximately one-quarter the size of Memory Stick PRO Duo media, yet only about 1.2 mm thick. The media's edges are slotted lengthwise to allow for more slim-line designed connectors to reduce space in host devices. As dual-voltage media, Memory Stick Micro supports devices operating at 3.3 volts and 1.8 volts. Memory Stick Micro is designed as an externally removable media with a controlled eject function to prevent users losing the media. Easily plugged in my Sony ericsson W580i .... 1 GB means lot of songs and other applications ... I rarely hear the same song again ... File browsing is also fast ...

I think the title of the review sums it up. This item is pretty much useless to me with out the adapter to upload mp3's to it for my cell phone. Information in description stated there was an adapter included, got it, no adapter...called got exchange which amazon was wonderful about and made it really easy. Got the second one, same exact item. Sent both back and got a refund. Amazon just needs to revise the information about what is included with this. Hope this helps anyone looking at this item. Other than that I'm sure it would work fine.

I got this for my Sonyericcson W580i. It went in easy. Worked perfect and lets me use camera, and holds a lot of music. I was very happy with the price, and how fast I recived it.
