It works! October 20, 2008 Works just fine with my Motorola W490. I can even plug it into the sound system at work in a nightclub & play my tunes over the really big speakers now. Is there a hack trick to get these phones to play WMA files?
MP3s don't save a lot of space on the memory like WMA does.
Now i can listen to internet radio on my K1M April 10, 2008 Well, first off, I think that motorola should have put a standard headphone jack on their mp3 phones in the first place. Usb headphoning was a dumb idea. But As for this product however, I am really pleased with it. I have a krzr K1M and I downloaded an application that lets me stream my favorite internet radio stations. This is really cool, but without headphones or the ability to plug it into my car or home stereo, its not too fun listening to it on that tiny speaker on the back of the phone. This adapter solves this problem perfectly. It has nice sound, although not AS loud as a standard mp3 player, but still good volume level. and that could just be the phone's fault. These things are like 30 bucks at the cel phone stores ive seen. This is an amazing deal for a genuine motorola piece. The only problem I have with it is that when it is plugged in, i cant charge the phone, which would be handy in the car. But thats ok, its a great piece of hardware that does what its supposed to do. If you have a motorola phone, you definitely need one of these, because without it, your mp3 player is pretty much useless.
A cheap, useful gadget for saving voicemails March 31, 2008 This awesome little officially-licensed gadget made itself invaluable to me.
I used this in conjunction with my 3.5mm-to-3.5mm audio cable to connect my Razr V3 phone to my microphone port in my computer, used a third-party audio software (I used the freeware Audacity), connected to my voicemail and was able to record the sound directly to my computer.
As there doesn't seem to be a free or inexpensive solution that keeps my total privacy, this adapter is highly recommended for those who, like me, want to keep their voicemails safe.
excellent service and product March 4, 2008 the device works great, excellent quality and the shipping was very fast. i would definitely buy from sf planet again.
Excellent February 15, 2008 Received mine today, took it out of the package, plugged it in and it worked perfectly. No background noise, no hissing, just clear music. I highly recommend it.
