Good charger but a little bulky November 9, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Nice to have a car charge for the iphone 3G. The iphone is a known battery hog and mine is often near empty by the end of the day. The main negative of this item is its size. The charger is too long and bulky and hard to fit into the smaller interiors of many of todays cars.
Cheap and works w/ 2G iPod Touch November 6, 2008 Purchased end of Oct-2008. Based on other reviews, some older products that looks the same does not work w/ new iPhone (3G) or iPod Touch (2nd G).
Mine works fine w/ either one. The apple connector (plastic shell) is flimsier than Apple OEM (molded), but not a big concern.
Great product for the price! November 4, 2008 Great product, and worked as expected. Vendor shipped and received within a few days.
Usable and frugal October 19, 2008 The product arrived on time. NOTE: to connect/disconnect iPhone 3G you have to squeeze the button on the side.
Rapid Car charger October 5, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Product was received in a timely manner. It did not work the first 2 times I plugged it into the phone, but it started working on the third attempt. The indicator light was on during all three uses so I don't understand what happened the first two times. It does take a much longer time to recharge the phone battery in this manner (45 min to 1 hour) than from a household outlet (10 minutes), perhaps that is normal?
