Awesome bluetooth May 6, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this headset to use with my first Sonh Ericcson cellphone. I have since purchased a W580i, by Sony Ericcson. It works just as well with that cellphone too.
Product is Good but hurts your Ear April 28, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Hi,
I've been using Sony Ericsson HBH PV705 bluetooth for almost 3 weeks. signal strength is good. covers almost 30 ft. Excellent battery life. The only drawback is, it hurts your ear if you wear it for long times especially if you wear glasses. may be after using it for a while, get accustomed to it. Thanks
Decent product, minor annoyances April 21, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this earpiece hoping it would give me better connectivity with my Sony Ericsson phone (w580i). I then found out my phone had a defect that made the bluetooth connections bad.
This earpiece is good...I can hear ok but peopel still hear all my road noise just as with any other headset. I find it to be comfortable, then again, I don't wear it constantly like some people do--just on my commute to and from work (~40 minutes at a time). I find that it stays on my ear much more securely than my older Motorola earpiece did (I always felt liek that one was goign to fall off).
My one complaint is it tends to turn itself on when it gets bumped around in my purse. It uses a push button which is easily turned on versus my Motorola that I had to flip open to turn on. It is also a pain to turn off. I have to push the button down for a while to turn it off, and then sometimes it turns off and back on again really quickly.
Sound quality and range between the Motorola and the Sony Ericsson is the same as far as I can tell. The Sony fits better, the Motorola has a better on/off method. Couldn't tell you which one I like better.

I lost my blue tooth device. It was interesting. I think about buying another one
Handle too Flimsy February 10, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
What I loved best about this headset was the lanyard. I have lost many headsets due to placing them in places and never remembering where. This headset had a great sound quality and battery life, but I had to keep checking the ear loop because it would continuously fall off the earpiece. (what good is the headset without the earloop!) Well I eventually lost the earloop, rendering the headset useless, (unless I wrap the thing around my ear with a string!!!)
That is why this product gets a three
