Product Description The sleek, compact design makes JX10 Series II among the smallest and lightest Bluetooth headsets available - but there is no compromise on the prize-winning functionality and performance for which Jabra is famous. Weighing in at less than 1/3 oz. (10 grams), featuring a newly designed earhook and an improved eargel, you'll barely feel you're wearing it. The JX10 Series II now gives you over 6 hours of talk time and choice of stylish color options.Every aspect of the JX10 Series II is designed to perfection. Pairing to your mobile phone is simple with the intuitive one-touch button. The JX10 Series II is equipped with the multipoint functionality software (active connections to two phones without the need to "pair"). Even recharging is simple with the elegant desktop charging cradle or use the included car charger. Automatic volume control elevates sound level and quality to match your environment - and active noise cancellation through DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology reduces background noise significantly for better sound quality.

| Customer Reviews:
Good solid headset. Noise canceling needs work... September 22, 2008 Very attractive design, very sleek. Pretty light (for the first hour or so) but if you wear it for 2+ hours, the ear hook will start to hurt your ear. If you take it off between calls, this headset will be a good choice. the noise canceling feature is useless. when you are driving, background noise is loud but not to the point that the other person cant make out what you are saying. charging cradle i think is kinda hard to use, way easier to use ac power plug or usb. talk time is pretty good. overall, good headset, i will recommend.
Bad audio quality and a poor fit for my ear September 18, 2008 The audio quality of this is terrible. Muffled and everything around you can be heard by the person you're talking to. When I first used this, the first question I got from the person I had called was "What hands free device are you using?". Ideally, they shouldn't even know I'm using a hands free device - especially at this price and with all the claims from Jabra.
Aside from this, they have a proprietary charger - don't be fooled because it looks like a USB connection. There is a plastic insert inside the mini-USB connector to make it only fit the Jabra.
Last - this thing hurts every time I put it in my ear. There is a rectangular piece of plastic connecting the ear piece to the handsfree device that scratches against the inside of my ear.
Don't waste your money. I got the Aliph Jawbone II and I'm much, much happier with that product.
Much improved over prior version July 31, 2008 This replaces the prior, original version of the headset. Overall, it's a solid improvement. Better looks, a bit lighter, better sound quality, faster recognition and activation of Bluetooth connection.
Nice bonus is the several ways you can charge the device. Jabra provides a sleek desktop cradle that can be powered via a USB cable, or the cable can plud directly to the phone. The kit also provides an AC adapter, and a very compactly designed car charger unit.
Only issue is the flimsy earhook. It is the same one as the original, and prone to breaking. The early model broke so often, Jabra would ship a couple free of charge to any customer who called them on it. This Jabra II just includes a few extra pieces inthe package. It would have been better had they just designed it out of sturdier materials.

this is probably the best unit on the market and is far from beeing perfect, this sort tells us that bluetooth is not what it is cracked up to be. Blootooth needs a lot more work to mate hardware and software in a good usable medium.
