I have owned more than my share of headsets but this is my favorite. It's easy to get set up, easy to use, and has good sound quality. It's much better than other Motorola's -- and they offer a number of good Bluetooth headsets. Charge seems to last forever and recharge is fast.

I purchased this particular headset because I do not like ear plugs. This unit has a flat panel that rests against your ear. The noise cancellation feature works great. I can hear the phone conversation loud and clear. People tell me that they can hear me just fine, too. The only downside is that it needs to be charged frequently, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I recommend this product (and I'm very particular).
