got a good price and it recharges my palm well but the synchronization feature doesn't seem to work, thank heavens I have blue tooth synchronization ability.

Thought the price was outstanding...they (the company) play the game like e-Bay. They get you on the shipping. If you just need a backup unit go for it!

Cable didn't work for my treo 700p. When plugged into the phone, the computer played a weird sound. The computer knew the cable was there, but it wouldn't sink with the phone. I'm not entirely sure it is the fault of the cable though, I think there are other computer/phone related problems on my end!
