THIS IS THE BEST HEADSET EVER! I HAVE ONE AND BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE FOR MY FIANCE. SIMPLY THE BEST. IT LAST THE WHOLE WEEK WITHOUT CHARGING IT.

The item was not good at all. Volume was hard to change. It stated charge for 2.5 hrs if I recall correctly, but it took 1.5 hrs or less. Does the manufacture know their own product? Hard to hear. Noise made it hard to hear on both ends of the conversation. This item was returned for credit!!

NOT BAD FOR 28 USD. EARHOOK IS WAY TO BIG AND IT DOESN'T FIT THE EAR NICE BUT THE SOUND QUALITY IS OK. WORKS BETTER THEN PLANTRONICS VOYAGER 520 THAT IS SELLING FOR 45-50$. not the best buy

I recently bought this since I lost my Jabra that I had. Overall this is a pretty good bluetooth. The volume is good and so is the quality. There are only two things which could be better. One is the ear hook. It is kind of uncomfortable so I wear it without it. The other thing is the volume buttons are kind of small so they take a while to get use to. Overall, pretty good.

the sound quality might be good but the ear hook sucks. It never stays on your ear, its uncomfortable. I even bought another ear hook to try it out but it doesn't work. My wife's cardio scala has the best ear hook and is comfortable. Regret buying this samsung.
