Love this little Bluetooth! November 16, 2008 I purchased a different Bluetooth at my local Verizon store. It was much larger and very uncomfortable in the ear (I have small ears). The sales person also convinced me that the over-ear "hook" attached to that model was necessary to keep it in place. It was VERY annoying with sunglasses and just didn't feel right. I returned it and ordered this one from Amazon. It fits my ear very comfortably - sometimes I forget I'm wearing it - and very securely - I have not seen any need for the "hook" (which can be purchased separately if you prefer one).
Best in the Wind. No Kidding! October 12, 2008 I reviewed this product before but I must add something I've found out after months of use.
This thing is great in the wind!
I've reviewed maybe 9 other bluetooth headsets on Amazon but none of them can do this. I can bicycle downhill at top speed and hold a normal conversation while the listener can't even tell that I'm moving!
The trick is that I have to turn my head just slightly to the side. Not much at all, maybe 1 inch off center but I've never seen another unit that can deal with the high wind at that speed.
I think it's because it has such a small opening for the sound from my voice that once it's turned just a bit, the wind goes right by and the listener can't even tell. I've tested it down hill multiple times and use it whenever I bicycle.
The only downside is that in a quiet room, it's not as perfectly clear as some of the other ones, but hey. I can't beat it in the wind. I keep two different headsets now, one for normal use and this one for bicycling or windy days outside. See my other reviews if you want a comparison of other brands.
I like it! August 5, 2008 This product came in three days from when i ordered it. It was very easy to sync with my cellular phone, too. The quality is super well, people on the other line can hear me clearly. Only thing that is keeping it from 5 stars is that it's soo clear that you can hear the background noises when I am on the phone with someone. Other than that, I like it, it's handy and small. I recommend people to get this bluetooth (:
Decent quality for the price July 20, 2008 This headset works well and has decent sound quality, as long as you don't go too far from your phone. I was spoiled with my old one that would let me walk a good distance away from the phone and it would still work just fine (I could typically walk all over the house). This one gets static if you move more than 3-5 feet away from it. Other than that, it's a good buy, and stays in the ear well - I love that it doesn't have to go over the ear and get in the way of glasses/sunglasses.
Great Bluetooth Headset June 15, 2008 This tiny unit is hardly noticeable (unlike those big obnoxious ones most people use), yet works great. Small, light and fits right in your ear. The sound quality is is good as well.
