IN MY OPINION THIS IS A WAIST OF MONEY. THE KEYBOARD IS COVERED AND CAN NOT BE USED IN LOW LIGHT SITUATIONS. EVEN ATTEMPTS TO TYPE BY TOUCH ARE INACCURATE AS THE TEMPLATE SLIDES AND DOES NOT MATCH THE KEYBOARD. WHILE YOUR PHONE WILL LOOK PRETTY COOL WHILE NOT IN USE THE LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY IS NOT WORTH THE COSMETIC APPEARANCE.

I thought that having this silicon cover for my new phone would be really nice since I drop my phone quite often. However, I bought the black one and it covers up not just the outside of the phone but the internal keypad as well, and the letters on the keys become impossible to see making text messaging extremely difficult. I do not recommend this product; perhaps a lighter color (such as the white/clear one) would be a better choice?

This product is great! I love how soft it makes the phone and the keys. only problem is that since it black your more than likely to see crumbs of stuff on it and remember, it's completely black so you don't see keys or numbers well. If you cover the screen and your in a dark area u can lol!

Black silicone skin obscures number pad on front of phone and Qwerty keyboard inside phone. Who designed this? Makes using the phone difficult. The seller was understanding and will ship me a clear skin replacement.
 Good protection at the cost of functionality July 14, 2008
The black rubber silicone skin fits nicely over my LG env2. The skin is marked to indicate the location of buttons underneath. Unfortunately, the skin blocks the light of the backlit keys and makes the env2 very difficult to use in low-light conditions or darkness.
I recommend the clear silicone skin from the same manufacturer.
